The VP-792 Multi-Format to DVI/HDMI Digital HQV Scaler from Kramer is more than a simple format converter. It scales, provides geometric distortion correction, image flip, edge blending, and allows you to create warp maps for custom projector setups using Windows-based software. The VP-792 features a DVI-I input that will support VESA computer resolutions up to WUXGA (1920 x 1200) and HD video resolutions up to 1080p. The DVI-I input is HDCP compliant, and is also compatible with HDMI and VGA devices, however a passive adapter is required to make the connection. Alongside the DVI-I input, there is a component input that accepts SD and HD signals and supports both YPbPr(S) and RGBS/RGsB color space. There are four BNC connectors for use with devices that require a separate sync connection, or you can just use the first three for signals that have embedded sync.
