The Dual Mono XLR to 1/4" TRS with 3.5mm Stereo Mini Return Audio Snake for Blackmagic Cinema & 4K Cameras from Laird Digital Cinema is a two foot long cable that connects to the 1/4" TRS audio inputs on an available Blackmagic Cinema or 4K production camera, providing 3-pin XLR inputs for use with industry standard XLR connectors. A headphone output return cable with male 3.5mm stereo mini plugs on each end completes the snake.
On the camera side the three connectors feature a right angle design that keeps the cables tight to the camera body, minimizing strain. The cables are protected from RF interference by a foil shield, and each cable is wrapped with its own protective mesh to protect it from abrasions. The three cables run through a flexible sleeve that keeps the cables together. The XLR and 1/4" TRS connectors feature color coded jackets, for easy channel identification.
