Leupold's 6x22 RX-1200i with DNA Laser Rangefinder integrates a Class I IR eye-safe laser into a fully multicoated roof prism monocular to create an accurate and versatile digital ranging system. It utilizes Leupold's proprietary Digitally eNhanced Accuracy (DNA) algorithm to provide fast ranging in under 1 second with accuracy to 1/10 of a yard regardless of background colors or textures. It employs an Organic LED (OLED) that reflects the system and ranging information into the optical path. Projecting the information in this manner eliminates the commonly-used LCD display films which interferes with light transmission and reduces image brightness. When using the RX-1200i as a traditional 6x22 monocular, the OLED will not affect the views when not in use, unlike traditional display films.
