The kit includes a Mike Hanger Nut with a 5/8"-27 male thread and 1/4"-20 female thread, and a second Mike Hanger Nut with 5/8"-27 female thread to a 1/2" straight-pipe thread. The two combine to accept a variety of microphones that include the Electro-Voice 635A.
