It features a working range from 0" to 14.2" depending on the type of barcode you are attempting to scan and has Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity with EDR for a wireless working range of up to 300'. Also, the DS6878-DL is drop resistant to 6' on concrete, ensuring the product will last.
This imager is capable of scanning codes on mobile devices like smartphones and tablets as well as computer screens. The DS6878-DL can charge via USB for convenience and is compatible with 123Scan² and Remote Scanner Management software for saving time. Additionally, with an optional hands-free presentation cradle you have access to more advanced imaging capabilities like signature, image and photo capture as well as OCR and MICR.
