The Moultrie TRACE Perimeter Camera offers 150° panoramic imaging along with 720p high definition video from its 8 megapixel Illumi-night image sensor. It accomplishes this with a Silent-Slide lens that rotates to capture three images that are then stitched together to create the final 48:9 image.
For capturing night imagery, a Low-Glow infrared flash with a range of approximately 60' can be utilized. Also, this lens can rotate in order to capture single images or video when motion is detected by one of the three sensors featuring a range of 45'. This works with a trigger speed of less than 1 second to get images of wildlife and other subject matter.
This device can be password protected and the control panel with backlit LCD screen can be locked for additional security. Additionally, this device stores images and video on an SD card up to 32GB in size and operates on 6 C-cell batteries. Included with the camera is a mounting bracket and mounting strap for setting up the camera at your chosen location.
