The user manual for the Nipros VSE-500HD Compact Field Switcher VSE-500HD provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Professional Video - Studio & EFP Equipment - Production Switchers.
With intuitive operation and a portable design, the Nipros VSE-500HD Compact Field Switcher is ideal for live event productions where mobility and quick setups are required. It supports up to six HD-SDI inputs and provides four program outputs. Cut between sources directly or transition between two sources using familiar T-bar control and any of the 13 built-in wipe transitions. Transitions can also be automated with transition times set between 0 and 200 frames.
With six HD-SDI inputs, the VSE-500HD is scalable from small to mid-sized productions. The sixth HD-SDI input can also be used as a title input. Also provided is a preview output, reference/genlock input, four synchronized outputs, and loop outputs for all of the video inputs to facilitate connection to monitors and other devices. Additionally, there is a tally input with indicator lights built-in into the switcher. For added versatility, the switcher can operate using either 110VAC or 12VDC power.
