User manual for the Optex Wireless 2000 Driveway/Entry Annunciator & Sensor Kit

The user manual for the Optex Wireless 2000 Driveway/Entry Annunciator & Sensor Kit provides necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Surveillance - Alarm Systems - Stand-Alone Alarms.

This B&H Kit is assembled to provide you with an alert system for two separate zones. The kit includes the Optex RCTD-20U Wireless Annunciator System, which includes the wireless receiver/chime box, and a wireless sensor/transmitter, as well as an additional sensor/transmitter. This kit is particularly useful when you have entrances that are not easily visible, or areas out of sight, but you still want to know when someone is approaching or has entered that area. Although this B & H kit includes only two sensors/transmitters, additional sensors/transmitters can be purchased separately. The Chime box supports up to nine sensors in three groups with each group featuring a distinctive chime. This capability allows you to set up and cover three distinct areas or entranceways provided you source at least one additional sensor/transmitter.

The Sensor/transmitters are passive IR sensors that are battery powered, operating on available 9V Lithium or Alkaline batteries, have a transmission range of two thousand feet, and feature a selectable detection pattern of either fifty or seventeen foot detection range. The chime box is powered by an included 9Volt power adapter, can be wall or table mounted, and features a built-in 24 volt DC relay system that can activate other devices.
