The PRO 38NS Ball Head from Photo Clam is an Arca-type compatible, lightweight, professional-quality ball head with separate locks for tilt and pan, as well as friction control, that enable precise positioning. It weighs only 0.8 lb, and can hold up to 77 lb.
The ball's movement is controlled by a locking knob, while the 360° panning movement is controlled by a separate lock, making panoramic photos possible. A 90° notch in the head allows the camera to be positioned in the portrait orientation.
