Through the app, the Loop watch is able to alert you when you've been inactive for too long. Used together, the watch works with the app and web service to help you stay active throughout the day and get feedback. The watch displays daily activity, calories burned, steps taken, and the time of day.
The Loop Activity Tracker is also compatible with the separately sold Polar H6 and H7 Bluetooth Smart heart rate sensors. Since the Loop Activity Tracker is water-resistant, it can be worn while swimming or in the bath or shower. The Polar Loop Activity Tracker has a built-in rechargeable battery that lasts for up to five days on a charge. It can be charged via USB using the included cable.
