The Tilt Mount Kit for XD Series Action Camera from Replay XD provides a tilt arm mounting platform for your XD series action camera. It is designed to give you a much greater range of possible camera angles than mounting the camera directly to the surface, and can act as an extension for shots that would otherwise be obstructed. The individual parts that make up the kit include the Tilt Base, Tilt Arm, Tilt SnapTray, XD1080 Camera Clamp, 1080 Mini Camera Clamp (also fits the XD720 and RePower 2200), two EasyFinger Knobs, Flat SnapTray with VHB, Curved SnapTray with VHB, Tripod SnapTray, and required assembly screws.
The Camera Clamp can be attached directly with the included hardware or with the separately available LowBoy. This enables the camera to tilt and, because the camera is perfectly circular, allows 360° lens rotation. For even more camera angles you can incorporate the, also separately available, HeimLock which, on top of lens rotation, also allows the camera to rotate 360° as well. The included Flat SnapTray with VHB and Curved SnapTray with VHB are adhesive mounts that work on flat and convex surfaces respectively. Additional 3M adhesive pads are available separately for them, and these pads can affix to surfaces including metal, paint, powdercoat, and LSE and HSE plastic. In addition, you can connect the Tilt Mount to one of the separately available Suction Cup Mounts for mounting you camera on smooth, non-porous surfaces such as glass.
