The Bracket has a 10" long open channel arm that accepts standard accessory foot adapters, and both a locking 1/4 - 20" male post and a locking shoe are included; the two of them can be placed anywhere along the arm.
The ergonomic anti-slip grip is heavy duty and the camera plate features a 1/4 - 20" female thread as well as the standard 1/4 - 20" post--allowing the camera to be placed along the 4.25" length of the plate. This type of configuration even allows for an articulating LCD to be open to the left.
