The low magnification enables both-eyes-open use for fast target acquisition and tracking, while the high 8x power extends the scope's reach and accuracy from close to medium-long range. The center FlashDot point has eleven intensity levels to make easily visible in all light, and completely disappears when it is turned off for an unobstructed view of the reticle and target. To get you precisely on-target is 0.1 mrad/click impact point correction with a windage and elevation adjustment range of ±1.0 mrad to compensate for most terrain or wind conditions.
