The user manual for the Skulpt Aim Fitness Tracker SKULPT-AIM provides

Gain useful insight into your body's musculature with the Skulpt Aim Fitness Tracker. This handheld device measures the percentage of fat over various regions of your body and determines the condition of the underlying muscle, so you can tailor your workouts to hit trouble zones. Simply place the Aim on your skin over the area you'd like to measure, and the device passes a very weak current between a pair of electrodes. For this reason, it is not recommended for use during pregnancy or for those with electrical implants, such as pacemakers.
The tissue's resistance to electrical current is then measured by another two electrodes and a dozen sensors. The Aim uses that information to establish how much of the tissue below it is fat and how much is muscle, as well as your MQ. MQ, or muscle quality, lets you ascertain the relative fitness of your muscles. Similar to the IQ scale, an MQ of 100 is considered average. The higher a given muscle group's MQ, the stronger, leaner, firmer, and more defined its muscles are.
The Aim displays your results on its color screen and it can sync your results with a free smartphone app over Bluetooth. This lets you track your progress over time, so you can see your improvement whether you measure monthly, daily, or weekly. Beyond the individual 24 muscles measured and tracked by Aim, you can get a reading of your total body fat percentage and muscle quality by measuring just four muscles. Up to six users can sync to their own devices and track their results, and the Guest profile lets you measure without syncing. The Aim is splashproof and its battery lasts approximately two weeks. It comes with a charging cradle, a travel pouch, and a small water spray bottle for improved accuracy when measuring.
