In addition to daily activity and sleep monitoring, the Spark Music is also a comprehensive multi-sport tracker. With it, you can record multiple data points for various sporting activities, including indoor and outdoor running, indoor and outdoor cycling, swimming, and more. You can even use the Spark Music as a training tool, harnessing its various modes and audio performance feedback to help improve your performance.

The Spark's rechargeable battery is designed to last up to 3 weeks in activity tracking-only mode and up to 11 hours with the GPS turned on; using the tracker in GPS mode while playing music gives you up to 5 hours of usage. This Spark includes a small-sized band, meaning it fits individuals with wrists 4.8 to 6.9" around.

True Dock is not recognizing HDD, the HDD light does not come on, even though the power light does come one....
