The Vortex Media Tiger Claw Tripod Wedge Plate Adaptor Kit inserts the missing post to your existing wedge plate and prevents the shifting/rotation of the camera body on the tripod wedge plate, thereby reducing the stress on the camera operator. It includes 2 standard 1/4" 20 machine flat head screws, 1 standard slot flat head screw, and 1 hex keyed flat head screw. The countersunk screws combine with Tiger Claw to create a tight and secure mount.
By securely locking the camera body to the tripod wedge plate, the plate adaptor avoids slipping and sliding that can occur with a single screw. With powder coated and precision milled construction, the plate adaptor can be installed easily. The Tiger Claw is suitable for use with the Sachtler and OConnor 65 mm x 80 mm wedge plates.
