The Wildgame Innovations MX400 Swarm Series Digital Metal Detector is a durable polycarbonate digital metal detector with an 11" DD submersible coil and GEO-X GPS Technology. This built-in GPS allows you to save up to 10 locations so that you can come back and pick up where you left off or just remember successful searches for the future. For finding objects, the MX400 is able to detect objects as small as a quarter from up to 12" away and has 8 metal categories with adjustable discrimination from 10-99 to help make your search a bit easier. It also features four elimination modes, either all-metal, coin, jewelry, or custom, that will give you up to 150 different possibilities to help sort through objects in the ground and save you time.
All of these settings can be seen on the 5" color TFT LCD touchscreen where you can make adjustments and view things like signal strength and depth indicators in the trigger-activated pinpoint mode. The MX400 also has an LED flashlight for use in dim light and 4 different HD audio tones with multiple tone choices for sorting out objects it finds. It even has a 3.5mm jack for plugging in a pair of headphones. Additionally, the height of the detector can even be adjusted using a 7" quick release extension and it has an ambidextrous adjustable arm guard and strap for comfort during use. It runs on six AA alkaline batteries.
