The user manual for the Zoom Telephonics DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem/Router 5363-00-00 provides necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Computers & Solutions - Networking - Modems.

The DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem/Router with Wireless-AC from Zoom Telephonics helps provide users with a high-speed wired and wireless cable Internet connection. This router has four Gigabit Ethernet ports for connecting wired devices, such as desktop computers, and gaming consoles. Input signals on the modem are received using the integrated female F-connector (coaxial), while they are output to your computer, network switch, or other compatible device of choice using any of the built-in Gigabit Ethernet ports. The 8x4 Channel bonding also helps to provide faster cable Internet speeds during peak hours of usage.

802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi is also supported so that devices such as laptops, smartphones, and tablets may connect to the Internet. This router operates on both the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands and has 3 dual-band antennas. When using the 2.4 GHz band, devices can achieve speeds up to 600 Mbps. It is also possible to achieve wireless speeds up to 1300 Mbps when using the 5 GHz band.

Wi-Fi compatible devices are also able to take advantage of the device's beamforming technology, which helps to extend the range, as well as increase the speed and reliability of the Wi-Fi signal. 802.11ac devices are also able to access to explicit beamforming technology.

In addition to email and web browsing, this router has been designed for uploading and downloading data, streaming HD videos, high-speed online gaming, and more. It is currently only certified with U.S. cable Internet providers (ISPs) CableLabs, Comcast XFINITY, and Time Warner Cable. This cable modem/router is also well suited for those who wish to save money over time by owning their cable equipment, as compared to paying monthly rental charges to their provider.

The DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem/Router with Wireless-AC operates on 110/220VAC at 50/60 Hz. It is compatible with DOCSIS 3.0, while also being backwards compatible with DOCSIS 2.1 and 1.1. For this unit to be functional, a cable broadband Internet service is required. Included with this cable modem/router are a power cube and an Ethernet cable.

I should clarify, the charge point is on the side of the battery itself. Plug in the charger here and carefully wedge the battery inside the marley box with the charger still in the battery. Then turn it on, this works for me....

Take the back cover off the speaker and remove the battery, on the side there is a charge point, plug the charger directly into this point and place the battery back into the unit. Try turning the unit on after doing this. I hope this helps!...
