Combining classic cinema design with rugged construction, the Alan Gordon Hollywood HD Spreader is a collapsible ground level spreader designed to work with a variety of tripod legs. The three arms radiate from a machined aluminum center hub and feature 8" of independent expansion from 16" to 24". Large aluminum knuckles allow you a secure grip, so you can secure the three arms anywhere along their track.
Pivoting blocks capture your tripod's foot spikes, keeping the feet from slipping free as you adjust the height of your tripod. Elastic cord with a metal retainer holds your feet secure in the aluminum blocks, and a fourth cord loops around your collapsed spreader to keep it from opening up unexpectedly. Silver/black anodizing protects your spreader from corrosion.Black anodizing provides corrosion protection and gives a stylish finish to the spreader.
