The hardware back-end provides processing speeds up to 5.91 TFLOPS for rendering high-resolution graphics in real time or accelerating parallel software processes. The S10000 also supports video output through four Mini DisplayPort outputs and one dual-link DVI output. This iteration of the S10000 uses an active fansink cooler. The cooler houses three axial fans to force air through the card's heatsink, dissipating it and lowering the GPU's internal temperature. Because the cooler recirculates hot air, it is best used in a high airflow case or server enclosure.
