The blue 512GB SSD2go Pocket Portable Solid State Drive from Angelbird is a pocket-sized storage drive that connects to Windows or Mac systems via USB 3.0. The drive supports USB Attached SCSI Protocol that offers read speeds up to 420 MB/s and writes up to 300 MB/s. Designed to be tough and portable, the drive is encased in aluminum and powered via its USB connection without the need of an external power supply.
The SSD2go Pocket features SMART support that constantly monitors bad sectors so you can back up your data before the drive fails. For overload and static protection, a power circuit is built-in. It also offers TRIM support, which helps reduce write times to the drive allowing you to save information faster and prolongs the life the drive by using the storage cells less.
