The VE500QKIT A/V Over Cat5 Transmitter and Receiver with Deskew Bundle from Aten combines the VE500T transmitter with the VE500QR receiver with deskew function. The VE500T transmitter is designed to be integrated with the company's VM0808T/VM1616T Matrix Switch, extending signals up to 900' from the source to the switch via Cat5e cables. It can be used in installations such as construction sites, factory floors, and control and security centers, where the system equipment can reside in a secure place while the display is located in public view. The transmitter supports wide screens, is rack-mountable, and provides an RS-232 channel. The VE500T includes a power adapter, VGA EDID emulator, mounting kit, and terminal blocks.
The VE500RQ receiver employs balanced audio for input and output, maximizing your audio quality for the entire transmission length. The receiver features an RS-232 connection for additional versatility, enabling the use of serial touch screens and bar code readers. It is designed to be used with systems that integrate the company's VM0808T A/V matrix switch, or with the company's VE500T transmitter as a point-to-point stand-alone A/V extender.
