The user manual for the Atlona 4 x 4 HDMI Matrix Switcher AT-H2H-44M provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Professional Video - Signal Processing & Distribution - Routers & Switchers.
The Atlona 4 x 4 HDMI Matrix Switcher supports up to 1080p video and 1920 x 1200 computer resolutions and can be controlled with an included remote, by RS-232, and the front panel. A free firmware update is on the agenda by Atlona to enable TCP/IP control via the switcher's Ethernet port.
This switcher manages EDID communication between sources and displays and automatically provides a compatible EDID at start up, and it features an EDID learning function that can be customized for any connected component. Audio can be de-embedded from the HDMI inputs and routed to amps or receivers by S/PDIF coaxial outputs. All lossy and lossless audio formats are supported, including Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, full 3D, and ARC.
