The HD-1 Aluminum Monopod with Universal Shooting Rest from BOGgear is a 3-section monopod that extends from 32" to 72" and weighs approximately 1.3 lb. Flip locks allow you to adjust the overall height, and inch markers on the middle section let you reach a pre-determined height.
