The D2 integrates your iPhone or other device into the audio production workflow, simplifying mobile recording for broadcasters, musicians, and voiceover artists on-the-go. It allows the audio enthusiast the freedom to record anywhere inspiration strikes. Combined with a rechargeable battery, two Neutrik combo jacks, a headphone monitor, and a 24-bit/192 kHz converters, you get an all-in-one mobile production tool, with a design focus on providing high quality sound and function, right in your pocket.
Many apps let you edit, EQ, compress, and upload your audio online in minutes. That makes iPhone an amazing audio production tool -- but how do you get quality audio into the iPhone in the first place?
That's where MixerFace comes in. It packs two CEntrance mic preamps with independent gain controls and LED level monitoring, 48V phantom power, Hi-Z input, limiters, and more into a handheld device that fits underneath the iPhone. It will actually convert your smartphone or laptop into a portable audio capture device and recording studio, and is useful in a variety of location recording situations.
With Hi-Z inputs for guitar and bass, studio limiters, and full digital I/O, MixerFace creates an end-to-end mobile recording solution for location recordists, ENG journalists, voiceover artists, and touring musicians.
Record with a full, 24-bit/192 kHz sound quality. MixerFace uses CEntrance engineered circuitry and converters to transfer digital audio to and from iDevices for improved sound reproduction. The handheld device is engineered using tough, road-worthy extruded aluminum, and the D2 works for an entire shift on a single charge.
