Designed to be more than just a dashcam, the 1080p Car Dashcam with On-Board Diagnostics and GPS Logger from Coby captures video in 1080p, while also featuring an on-board diagnostics display and GPS logger. The on-board diagnostics function provides up-to-date information regarding various car levels including engine revolution speed, driving speed, current mileage, fuel usage, and rapid acceleration and deceleration, as well as many other statistics. The diagnostics detection allows the driver to be well informed of driving patterns and car health. The GPS logger works in conjunction with the diagnostics and allows you to link the provided car statistics, like speed and fuel consumption, to specific spots along your journey, for an accurate trip log. The built-in G-sensor and motion detector triggers the camera to begin recording, ensuring you have footage of relevant happenings related to your car. The camera features LED night vision allowing it to record clear images whether on well-lit highways or deserted country roads. Data can be saved to a microSD card measuring up to 32GB, and will automatically loop. To save power and memory space, the camera is designed to mimic the power of the car's engine, with the exception of triggers by the G-sensor.
