User manual for the Cooler Master HAF 912 Mid Tower Desktop Case RC-912-KKN1
The user manual for the Cooler Master HAF 912 Mid Tower Desktop Case RC-912-KKN1 provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Computers & Solutions - Computer Components - Desktop Computer Cases.
The HAF 912 Mid Tower Desktop Case from Cooler Master offers ample space to house and cool all your PC components. Overheating can cause computer parts to fail, so Cooler Master has built two case fans into the case. In addition, the housing has space to accommodate four more. This case supports a micro-ATX or ATX sized motherboard. The interior offers different ways to house all your PC components. It can be configured to support PCI cards up to 15.4" long instead of 10.6", or it can hold seven 3.5" drives instead of six. The plastic and mesh front bezel features a design with rugged looks and the case itself is made from steel that will not easily bend when installing computer parts.
Components within the case generate heat and to cool the system, cool air must be drawn in from the front and side. Hot air is then pulled out from the back and top. In the front of the case one fan is installed to pull cool air in, and a second fan installed in the rear to draw out hot air. Depending on how many drives and graphic cards are installed, optional fans may be installed in the front and to the side to directly cool additional devices. Space for two optional top fans is also available. The case features dust filters in the front and bottom to help prevent dust from getting in. To allow proper airflow, Cooler Master provides space to tuck cables away and has notches to tie cables closer to the sides. This case also supports water-cooling technologies by providing two water-cooling outlets and a retaining hole for the radiator cables.
This case supports multiple 5.25" and 3.5" or 2.5" devices. Four 5.25" drive bays can house optical drives or card readers, and one can be converted to hold a 3.5" drive. Six 3.5" storage drives can be added, and two can be converted to hold 2.5" drives. Two drive bays are dedicated to storing 2.5" drives. In addition, the case features one vertical expansion slot and seven horizontal ones for supporting PCI cards.
