to clean off adhesive residue from printed paper - worked on the matboard just fine but not the actual artwork. hesitant to even try it on digitally printed photographs
brand new and there's a lid inside the lid - seems welded on and cannot remove it, so can't use the product. does this pop out somehow? or do I need to stab a hole in it? please advise...
