The 24" Inspiron 24 7000 Multi-Touch All-in-One Desktop Computer from Dell is an all-in-one system designed to offer dynamic performance. The system is powered by a 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5-6300HQ Quad-Core processor which will allow you to run multiple applications simultaneously. The processor also features a burst speed of up to 3.2 GHz and the built-in 12GB of 2133 MHz DDR4 RAM has a DIMM form factor and allows the computer to quickly access frequently-used files and programs. The 24" Full HD TrueLife IPS WVA multi-touch display has a native 1920 x 1080 resolution, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and its touchscreen capabilities integrate with the multi-touch capabilities built into Windows 10. The system's display is powered by a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce 940M graphics card and 4GB of GDDR3 RAM and you can output video to an external display using the HDMI-out port, as well as accept video from other sources using the HDMI-in port
For long term storage of your files, the Inspiron 24 7000 has both a 1TB 5400 rpm hard drive and a 32GB mSATA SSD. While the SSD does not have the larger capacity of the 1TB hard drive, it contains no moving parts and is able to operate with faster data transfer speeds. Having no moving parts also helps the SSD will be better-protected against damage from drops and bumps and the drive will also receive less wear and tear, as there are no read or write heads for the drive media to come into contact with.
If you want to add external storage drives, external optical drives, media card readers, or other external peripherals, the Inspiron 24 7000 features 4 x USB 3.0 ports and 2 x USB 2.0 ports. The system also has a 4-in-1 SD & MMC media card reader, Ethernet, 802.11n Wi-Fi, an Intel RealSense webcam, an integrated mic, and integrated speakers with Waves MaxxAudio.
So you can get started right out of the box, a wireless keyboard, a wireless mouse, and a power cord are included. The installed operating system is Windows 10 Home (64-bit).
