The receiver features 4K Ultra HD upscaling which, when connected to a 4K TV via HDMI, will upconvert your video to near-4K resolution for an enhanced viewing experience. Its seven HDMI inputs and three outputs are 3D compatible, and feature Audio Return Channel, which will route TV-based sound, such as that from built-in apps like Netflix, back to the receiver for playback via your speakers.
The AVR-X4000P features Apple AirPlay connectivity for easy connection to iOS devices. Its front panel houses an HDMI and an RCA input for easy connectivity to temporary sources, such as a camcorder or video game system.
