The Dotworkz XERO Edge Module can be used to manage the viewing and recording of up to 8 IP cameras over a network. Although designed for open platform hosting, this NVR is optimized for use with surveillance software from Milestone, ONSSI, Sony, Axis, and Canon.
To keep up with the unique demands of video surveillance, this NVR incorporates impressive computing power including an Atom 1.6GHz processor, 2GB of memory and a rugged HDD capable of handling the rigors of security recording. A gigabit Ethernet link provides the necessary speed for interfacing this DVR with the network. This compact NVR is also available as a package installed inside a D3 outdoor enclosure (D3 XERO XL).
