The user manual for the EnGenius EWS2910P-KIT300 Neutron Series WLAN EWS2910P-KIT300 provides necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Computers & Solutions - Networking - Network Switches, Bridges & Hubs.

With two access points and a single PoE switch, the EWS2910P-KIT300 Neutron Series WLAN Starter Kit from EnGenius comes with the necessary components to either expand an existing network or create an entirely new one. The included PoE switch (EWS2910P) features 802.3af PoE networking protocol compliance to virtually eliminate the need for separate power sources when attaching compatible network components. The EWS2910P draws from a power budget of 61.6 watts giving each port a total power output of up to 15 watts. On this switch you will find 8 Gigabit Ethernet ports and 2 SFP fiber ports along with dedicated LED indicators for Power, Fault, PoE Max, LAN Mode, PoE Mode, and more.

Included with this EnGenius switch are two EnGenius access points (EWS300AP). Each of these access points operates on the 2.4 GHz frequency and they both come compatible with the 802.3af PoE networking standard making it easy to install them virtually anywhere as they do not require separate power adapters. Once installed these Wi-Fi AP's provide wireless network access using the 802.11b/g/n networking standards with data transfer rates of up to 300 Mbps. The signal is emitted using two internal high gain antennas which are designed to penetrate multiple floors using up to 29 dBm transmit power.
