User manual for the Futaba SBS-01V External Voltage Sensor FUTM0855
The user manual for the Futaba SBS-01V External Voltage Sensor FUTM0855 provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Camcorders - Aerial Imaging & Drones - Remote Control Components.
The SBS-01V External Voltage Sensor from Futaba measures the receiver battery voltage and the voltage of a second battery or power supply so that it can be incorporated with other flight data. The sensor plugs into the S.Bus2 slot on telemetry-enabled receivers, which transmit data directly to FASSTest systems. From a compatible FASSTest transmitter it is then possible to monitor the data on the ground-end and set alerts in case voltage levels drop too low or spike dangerously high.

Subject: voltage sensor malfunction | Date: 01.07.2021 14:05:50 | Author: Michael Smith | I have installed the
SBS-01V and completed the settings as instructed. After switching on the Tx, followed by connecting the EXT aircraft battery, the Tx emits an alarm and vibration and the display shows a flashing TLM signal. This continues with the EXT battery disconnected until the Tx is switched off.I have repeated the settings several times and always obtain the same result. Any help would be appreciated. NB the voltage has always been set below the measured battery voltage | Reply |
