The 2TB G-DRIVE Professional Strength External Hard Drive from G-Technology is a high-speed and high-capacity storage solution designed to seamlessly work with Mac OS X 10.6. Featuring USB 3.0, eSATA, and Firewire 800 interfaces, it is automatically detected by your Mac for plug-and-play flexibility and can be used to store large files, or to back-up entire systems through Time Machine. Its interfaces are also backward compatible with USB 2.0 and Firewire 400. With up to 16 customizable partitions, you can tailor the storage to your specific needs. It comes preformatted with HFS+ with Journaling and can be reformatted to work with Windows operating systems.
