This General Brand 84mm Solid & Graduated Neutral Density 6 Filter Kit with Adapter Rings is a cost-effective way to get started in advanced filtration with neutral density filters. It features three solid neutral density filters and three graduated neutral density filters along with a three-slot filter holder and nine adapter rings from 49 to 82mm. These filters measure 84mm wide and slide into the holder. The holder allows for up to three to be stacked for a combined effect. There are 1, 2, and 3-stop versions of both the solid and graduated filters.
Neutral density filters darken the image, allowing you to take photos at wider apertures or longer shutter speeds than previously possible for more creative control. The graduated versions transition from dark at one edge to clear at the other. This lets you choose where you want to reduce the exposure, like darkening a sky and leaving the dark foreground untouched. Additionally, neutral density filters do not affect the color of your image.
