The user manual for the GoPro HERO4 Black Camping Kit provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Camcorders - Sports & Action Cameras.
The GoPro HERO4 Black Camping Kit from B&H is an action camera package purpose-built for campers, backpackers, and other outdoor enthusiasts. The kit features the GoPro HERO4 Black, which records up to 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) video at 30 fps, and includes accessories for mounting the camera and keeping it powered on multi-day trips. A StrapMount with quick-release plate allows you to attach the camera to your backpack strap to capture hands-free POV video, while an included 5000mAh battery pack mounts directly on the back of the HERO4's Standard Housing to extend the run-time of your GoPro by up to five times. This saves you having to constantly swap out batteries as you hike. Because many hikes take you far from civilization and power outlets, a flexible and compact solar panel USB battery pack is included to recharge the 5000mAh battery. The solar panel battery can be charged in about 10 hours using the sun's energy, and features a scroll-like design that can be rolled up for compact storage. Rounding out the kit are 64GB and 32GB UHS-I microSDHC cards.
In addition to 4K video, the HERO4 Black can record 2.7K video at up to 60 fps and 1080p video at up to 120 fps for slow-motion playback. It can also take 12 megapixel still photos in single-shot or bursts up to 30 fps. For remote monitoring and control, the camera is equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity for pairing with a mobile device or the separately available Wi-Fi Smart Remote. There is also a micro-HDMI port for video output to an HDTV, and a mini-USB port for file transfer, battery charging, or connecting the separately available 3.5mm microphone adapter. The camera includes the Standard Housing, which is waterproof to depths of 131', as well as essential accessories such as the 3-Way Pivot Arm, quick-release buckles, and adhesive mounts.
