The user manual for the Hercules Universal DJ Controller UNIVERSAL DJ provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Pro Audio - DJ Equipment - DJ Controllers.
The Hercules Universal DJ Controller allows you to mix two separate decks with pressure-sensitive metal surface capacitive jog wheels, sixteen backlit trigger pads, and a built-in audio interface with speaker and headphone outputs on either your PC/Mac in LAPTOP Mode, using your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth as an extension to your Mac or PC in MULTISCREEN mode, or directly from your tablet in TABLET mode.
Each side of the controller features the scratch-brushed capacitive jogwheel, a set of transport controls for play/cue/sync, a pitch fader, and eight backlit pads that can operate in four different modes. The center section features a volume fader for each side, a crossfader for cutting between tracks, a 3-band EQ for each side, and a browse encoder button for selecting tracks from your media library. The front of the device features a 1/4" headphone output with volume adjustment buttons and the back of the unit includes a pair of RCA connectors for use with a PA system.
