Print quality is excellent with a resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi and it will manage to produce both black and white and color documents at a max speed of 45 ppm. Scanning also benefits from the units advanced speed with rates of up to 65 ppm in black and white or 63 ppm in color. These images will be highly detailed as well thanks to an optical scan resolution of 600 dpi.
Furthering the printer's capabilities is automatic duplexing, which enables quick and easy two-sided printing, scanning, and copying for documents up to 8.5 x 14" in size. Also, this model features a 3-bin stapling mailbox that can dramatically speed up the task of collating and combining multi-page documents. Standard paper capacity is large with a 100-sheet ADF, a 100-sheet multipurpose tray, three 500-sheet input trays, and one high-capacity 1,500-sheet input tray with a floor stand. The printer will easily manage the volume of media with a rated monthly duty cycle of 120,000 pages.
Usage is intuitive with a large 8.0" touchscreen LCD and a pull-out keyboard is available for fast data entry.
