The user manual for the HP Z230 Series F1M24UT Turnkey Workstation with 16GB RAM, 5TB provides necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Computers & Solutions - Desktops & Workstations - PC Workstations.

This B&H Kit combines the HP Z230 Series F1M24UT Tower Workstation with an 8GB memory module, a 5TB 3.5" 7200 rpm SATA III hard drive, a Blu-ray drive, two 180 to 90° 18" SATA cables, and B&H installation services. This HP Z230 workstation is powered by a 3.5 GHz Intel Xeon E3-1241 v3 Quad-Core processor. This system features two internal drives - 1TB 7200 rpm SATA hard drive and 5TB 7200 rpm SATA hard drive, for a total of 6TB of storage. While an 8x Slim SuperMulti DVD Burner is natively built into this system for reading and writing data stored on optical media, an internal 16x Super Multi Blu-ray Disc Rewriter is also included that will support the reading, writing, and re-writing of Blu-ray, DVD, and CD media. While the installed operating system is Windows 7 Pro (64-bit), a Windows 8.1 Pro (64-bit) license is also included and is available at no additional cost.

For delivering sharp, clear graphics, this workstation comes with a dedicated NVIDIA Quadro K2200 graphics card that has 4GB of GDDR5 RAM. Video may be output to an external display using the 2 x DisplayPort and 1 x DVI outputs. Other external peripherals may be connected to this system using the 4 x USB 3.0 ports and 6 x USB 2.0 ports. Network connectivity may be achieved using the Gigabit Ethernet port and a USB keyboard and mouse is also included.

While this system does natively include 8GB (1 x 8GB) of RAM, once upgraded with the bundled 8GB (1 x 8 GB) memory module, this system features 16GB (2 x 8GB) of 1600 MHz PC3-12800 DDR3 SDRAM. So that the included hard drive and Blu-ray drive may be connected to the motherboard, two SATA cables are included. This turnkey workstation also includes B&H professional installation; these services allow your system and additional components to be ready for use upon arrival.
