A convenient handheld meter for measuring illuminance and the quality of light, the MK350N-PLUS Spectrometer from ikan is capable of producing highly accurate readings on CCT, CRI, lux, and foot candles as well as flicker percentage and frequency. Measurements are taken using a CMOS sensor that can read illuminance values between 70-70,000 lux, as well as a wavelength range of 380-780nm, with the ability to view reading in a basic value mode, spectrum diagram mode, or CIE 1931/1976 chromaticity coordinates modes. In addition to standard measurement capabilities, the MK350N-PLUS has also been updated with CQS and TLCI measurement functions to suit a broad array of applications.
The meter's interface is easily navigable via a 3.5" color touchscreen LCD, and the basic list mode can be customized to hide or display specific measurement types. An included 2GB Wi-Fi SD memory card can be used to store up to 2000 reading files, and its wireless capabilities allow for remote access to the data from mobile devices. A built-in file browser also permits accessing data from stored files on the device. For on location use, this spectrometer also includes a 2500mAh lithium-ion battery to provide approximately 5 hours of use per charge.
