The Action Base Kit from Joby is a starter kit complete with three Joby action camera accessories packaged inside a custom Lowepro case. It includes the GorillaPod Action Tripod, Action Grip, and GPod Mini Magnetic tripod, providing you with the essential items to take your action camera footage to the next level. All of the mounts feature a 1/4"-20 camera screw, with adapters provided for mounting GoPro housings and frames.
The GorillaPod Action Tripod features flexible legs with multiple joints that let it stand on uneven surfaces, or even be wrapped around poles, branches, and other objects. An integrated aluminum ball head provides camera angle adjustments and includes quick release plates for fast camera attachment/removal. When you want to go handheld, you can switch to the Action Grip, which provides steady shooting and doubles as a flotation device should you accidentally drop it in water. For added mounting versatility, the GPod Mini Magnetic mini-tripod is compact enough to fit in tight spaces, or even attach directly to magnetic objects thanks to built-in magnets in its feet. All of the accessories pack inside the Lowepro case, which features padded and adjustable internal dividers for safe and convenient storage and transport.
