The KanexPro Composite or S-Video with Audio to HDMI Converter allows you to use your analog A/V equipment with modern HDMI display devices. It converts composite video or S-video with RCA audio signals to HDMI and utilizes a built-in scaling engine to up-convert interlaced analog signals to resolutions up to 720p at 50 or 60 fps. It also takes the right and left RCA audio channel signals and encodes and embeds them into the HDMI output for synchronized playback. The compact converter is power using an included 5 VDC power supply.
