necessary instructions for the proper use of the product A/V Presentation - Video Presenters - Video Presenters & Document Cameras.
The Ken-a-Vision 7880 Vision Viewer, in blue, offers an auto focus feature that's useful for classroom and other presentations by automatically focusing in on the documents you place and replace under the camera eye. The camera connects to a computer by a 5.5. ft integrated USB cable to project the documents onto a big display, like an interactive whiteboard. A display would connect to the same computer to interact with the camera. An included software applies effects such as zoom, annotation, and split screen over the documents displayed. The software is cross-platform compatible, supporting Windows, Mac, and Linux, and mostly all current interactive whiteboards are compatible.
The camera features a 3.2 megapixel CMOS sensor and captures both images and video in up to 2048 x 1536 resolution. You can manually adjust the resolution to capture at a lower one. When outputting to a computer monitor the max resolution is used, and when outputting to a plasma or other TV, 720p is used.
