Designed for Gitzo 4 and 5 Series Tripods, the LegCoat Wraps 506 from LensCoat will also fit other select tripods with leg diameters of 1.45-1.7" and lengths of 6.5". These wraps are made of spongy and soft neoprene with foam padding that not only act as thermal insulation to make your tripod more comfortable to handle in extreme temperatures, but also provide a cushion for carrying loaded heavy tripods on your shoulder. They also protect your tripod from scratches and help to muffle movement sounds and to conceal your presence or motion from wildlife and game. To put them on, tightly wrap them around the tripod legs and secure their closures with hook and loop fasteners.
