The MultiView II XRTx-A Video and Audio or Transmit Only Universal Transmitter from Magenta Research is compatible with the Magenta MultiView family of products. The XRTx-A extends an analog video signal over standard CAT5 cable (also CAT5e and CAT6) when paired with a compatible receiver. There are user-configurable settings for video and serial options which can be controlled from the front panel.
When used with the appropriate receivers, the transmitter delivers extension capability at a high resolution of up to 1920 x 1200 up to 1200'. This transmitter supports analog L+R summed audio. This XRTx-A incorporates improved sync technology, making 1080p (and higher) video replication easier. It features a user friendly configuration interface, as virtually any necessary adjustments to an XRTx-A can be done externally.
