The unit features an automatic zoom with a range between 24-200mm and comes with a built-in wide-angle diffuser that extends its reach to 12mm. The 64 AF-1 also has a secondary light reflector with two output levels for achieving even lighting as well as wireless functionality as either a master or slave unit with ratio control options

The flash head can tilt from -9 to +90° and rotated 300° for use in a variety of situations and features a modeling light for previewing the look of shadows before taking a shot. There is also a color LCD touchscreen on the rear of the flash that allows you to quickly see and change settings. Multiple flash modes are available, included strobe and server with a learning function. High-speed, first, and second curtain synchronization is possible and the device has sync, power, and USB ports built-in. It also comes with a carrying bag and stand.
