The user manual for the Miller Skyline 70 Fluid Head 1050 provides

The Miller Skyline 70 Fluid Head is a large capacity head with a 150mm ball. The ball size, an 8-position counterbalance system, and a 4.7" quick-release camera platform together afford a load capacity from 10 to 82.5 lbs. A Euro camera plate is included. Pan drag and tilt drag each also have 8 selectable positions (7+0), ranging from very light to heavy. Both pan and tilt drag feature a caliper disc brake system, and a quick-release tilt lock pin serve as the tilt lock for payload protection. Two telescopic handles are extendable from 15.4 to 23.2" each.
