Capture all of your adventures and action sport heroics at and share them with family and friends with the Villain Action Sports Camera from Monster Digital. Equipped with a 5MP CMOS sensor, the camera records up to 1080p video at 30 fps, as well as capturing up to 12MP interpolated photos. To give your shots an immersive feel, the camera's fixed-focus lens has an ultra-wide 140° viewing angle to capture all of the action. A built-in 2" rear LCD screen provides an easy way to playback your footage, as well as frame and monitor your shots. You can also use the camera's built-in Wi-Fi to connect to an Android or iOS mobile device running the SYMAGIX2 app to remote monitor and control the Villain.
To go where the action takes you, the Villain comes with a waterproof housing rated to depths of 98'. The housing also floats in water, so you won't lose the camera should you accidentally drop it. For applications where you don't need the protection of a housing, an open frame mount is provided, which keeps access open to the camera's micro-USB and Micro-HDMI ports. The camera also comes with a series of mounting accessories to attach the camera to handlebars, windshields, helmets, tripods, and more. Additional items include a 32GB microSDHC card, microSD to SD card adapter, USB card reader, and a 1200mAh rechargeable battery pack that provides approximately 1.5 hours of continuous 1080p recording.
