It features a unique Ceramic Plus Carbon filtering element that will remove particles down to 0.2µ including bacteria and protozoa. The filtering element contains a carbon core that removes the taste of chemicals such as iodine, chlorine and pesticides. It is compact and easy to use; simply place the prefilter in any water source, connect the hoses and start pumping. With a flow rate of one liter per minute, you won't waste precious exploring time waiting for water to be purified. When the flow rate slows-down after many uses, simply clean the outer membrane of the filtering element to remove sediment and dirt and restore flow rates. A scrubbing pad and a storage sack are included.
