Mvix Vizon is a networked signage player designed for system integrators who provide digital signage services to their clients. Its robust user-hierarchy model allows four-user roles (System integrator, Admin, Group Manager, and User). The player is bundled with a free, web-based management software for uploading content, setting up playlists and screen layouts with grids and zones. Vizon features a robust, yet compact design for easy installation, measuring 7 x 5 x 1 inches, it is aptly suited for mounting behind display screens and monitors of all sizes. The state-of-the-art template creation tool allows the screen to be split into a maximum of 4 zones: 1 video and 3 image playlists. It decodes and outputs full HD content in 1080p, displaying realtime local weather and/or pre-configured RSS feeds. These feeds can be used to display latest news, sports, and stock information as a scrolling marquee. The robust monitoring module provides comprehensive "activity" data on each digital signage controller. These extensive logs provide information on playback frequency, schedule and reliability.
Mvix Vizon is bundled with a easy-to-use, free, Web-based content management system (VizonSignage). No additional fees, licenses or subscription charges are required. The web-based software can be accessed from any standard browser (Firefox, Chrome or Safari) from any Windows-based PC, Mac or Linux system. The web-app allows control and management of multiple digital signage systems from a central, remote location over a web browser. Vizon can be configured for use on landscape or portrait mode screens. Its compact form factor, integrated mounting, and worldwide power (110v/220v) compatibility decreases setup time and cost.
